Global Payroll Processing Calendar

I work for a company that has payroll implemented globally and have been tasked with the job of creating of global payroll processing calendar.  I am collecting payroll processing information from several countries (Taiwan, China, UK, PR) relating to start payroll processing date, check date, NACHA transfer date, payslip view date, any maintenance schedules, etc.  The information is to be collected and a global processing calendar created to track when payroll will be processed, possible performance issues, holidays, etc.

Has anyone created a global payroll processing calendar who can provide guidance?
