Can Oracle SLA be used to update amounts (Entered_Dr and/or Entered_Cr etc.)

We have a requirement to generate few offset accounting lines in Secondary ledgers, which we are able to generate successfully after adding additional Journal Line Types in SLA.

We also need to update the amounts on these newly created lines using some multiplier in Projects.

How do we achieve this in SLA. Will Oracle support the direct update to XLA_AE_Lines for updating the amounts.
