PBCS - Cannot submit data from ad-hoc sheet to PBCS Application

Hello All,

I am trying to submit data using an ad-hoc sheet in Smartview (in Excel) to a PBCS application and it appears that it does not work.  I am however able to load data from a form in PBCS for the same intersections that are failing in Smartview.  I can also bring the form into Smartview (in Excel) and it does work.  I just can't seem to submit data from an ad-hoc sheet to PBCS.  I found the following articles, one that says it should work and the other that says it is an unpublished bug with no release date.  Any
