Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. upgrade to oracle 12c from 11.2.0.4

I am trying to come up with a plan or checklist in order to upgrade oracle database from 11.2.0.4 to 12c. I would

appreciate if anyone is willing to share them and also talk about any other hurdle or bugs they run into.
