Adding namespace on outbound xml

Hi All,

We are sending outbound tender offer XML with an out xml profile. Communication method FTP. The include namespace has been set to "DEFAULT". However, the name space isn't included in the outbound XML transmission. We also tried STRICT for name space but still getting same results. The XML gets to the target FTP folder and when we try to translate the XML it fails due to missing name space.

I'm relatively new to XML, so not sure if I am missing a step here. Any advise would be really helpful.
