Solaris 11.3, Reset Device Tree on T5 Server

All,

  What is the proper procedure for resetting the "Device Tree" on a T5-2 server running Solaris 11.3??

  I have always used InfoDoc 1008598.1 (How to rebuild the path_to_inst file and /dev/dsk and /devices directories (Doc ID 1008598.1)) but I have never tried this on Solaris 11.
