US: Unacceptable Tax Balance Report

Hi,

After running Unacceptable Tax balance report

It says

***SUI ER Liability does not = 6.27% of SUI ER Taxable Balance***

Employee details along with below details.

Taxable Balance Name   Tax Balance   Withheld/Liability   Calculated      Difference     Jurisdiction

  YTD SUI ER Taxable     2,434.24            159.20                 152.63            6.57              VA

*** SUI ER Liability does not = 5.76% of SUI ER Taxable Balance ***

  Taxable Balance Name     Tax Balance     Withheld/Liability         Calculated       Difference        Jurisdiction

  YTD SUI ER Taxable             14,408.87            995.94                   829.95             165.99              NC

What could be the reason and please provide the solution to resolve this issue.
