Showing Blank spaces in P08119

When reviewing the P08119(Work with Form 1095-C Information) I noticed a gap(blank) in some of my Series 1 and Series 2 codes. It look as if someone change status it would leave a blank and then it will pick the next month with an accurate code. It there a bug or is this a normal part of the program.
