Item MRX12320WFR-SER is showing in inventory, but not showing in 'ORACLE Field Service/Laptop -- Sea

Dear All,

Item MRX12320WFR is showing up in inventory in Oracle. But it is not showing in 'ORACLE Field Service/Laptop -- Search Materials' screen. Due to this user cannot book this item to Service Request.

What can be reason behind this? How this can be solve?
