Need help with ACA 1095-C form
Hi,
Please help with following questions for 1095-C form.
1. For employees who waived their medical coverage, form is showing that they had coverage for all 12 months in section 3. What is the criteria for section 3?
2. Line 15 rate is 0 for all the scenarios, is there any special setup to perform? we have rates setup for employee only contribution.
3. For new hires who hired in the middle of the month, Line 14 shows 1H, is that acceptable?
4. For line 14 who has 2A, line 16 is blank. We expect to see 2C.
5. For employees who has employee plus dependent option, Line 14 is showing as 1D which is employee plus spouse option but it should be 1C (dependent and not spouse).
