To protect Unit Cost but allow input of Amount during receipt with P4312

When P4312 Processing Option Display tab, 3 Cost Protection set to 1, then both the Unit Cost and Extend Amount fields are both protected and does not allow user to override.

User raise certain purchase orders with blank quantity and with amount only (say $1000). Supplier will ship in multiple shipment, so user need to input the amount for each partially shipment (say $100 for each receipt).

However, for other purchase orders, they are raised with quantity, unit cost and extended amount. For these type of purchase order, user will iniput the correct quantity to reflect the partially shipment quantity and system will calculated the exteded amount accordingly. For this scenario, it is desirable to have unit cost protected to avoid user from override unit cost. Amending unit cost for partial shipment will cause commitment integrity issue.
