Hi,

I’m having several doubts about the best approach for a successful deployment of a Siebel with BI Publisher 11g in High availability.

The concept idea we are planning is the following:

Logical Level

  • - Two Siebel Servers running each one XMLP Server Component
  • - Two BI Publisher Servers (WLS1,BIP1,WLS2,BIP2) running on Active-Active mode sharing one repository.
    • Having the JMS scheduler server running only in one of the servers(WLS1) in cluster mode Active- Passive with the other server (WLS2), due the fact that both BIP servers run in different schemas so only one scheduler server can be active.

Howdy, Stranger!
