Preventive Maintenance from Depot Repair
Hi All,
We are on R.12
Can anyone share his experience regarding the setting up for preventive maintenance for depot repair service shops. Client requirement is that System must notify that repair is due and call the customer accordingly in order to bring the item back to service shop in order to check, if anything wrong in product they fix and send it back to customer.
your inputs in this regards will be highly appreciated.
