need to copy password file from oem to physical standby after password change activity

Hi,

We are planning to use oem for quarterly password change of databases and servers for sys / oracle users.We are able to change password for group of servers but wondering how to copy password file to standby .When the job would be triggered against group of servers from Actviity-> then after getting to a server how do I know which is the standby of this primary if that is a primary db server.Whether this is primary or not that we can check but how to check which all standby are there corresponding to this primary and then scp password file
