Unable to open Siebel IP2015 Tools with IP2014 DBF

Hi,

We are trying to point the Local DBF of Siebel 8.1.1.14 (IP 2104) to Siebel Tools with 15.0 (IP 2015) but we are getting below error on doing so. Could anyone pls let us know how to open the IP2014 Local DBF with Siebel IP2015 Tools.

Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Application'.

Steps followed:

1. Get the Local Database file from Siebel IP2014 Tools.

2. Copy the above DBF into Local folder of the Siebel IP2015 Tools.

3. Try opening the Siebel IP2015 Tools->Local and seeing above error.
