Data Access Set Security for Subledger

I have assigned same data access set to GL and AP responsibility.

Please note I have also assigned SLA: Enable Data Access Security in Subledgers.

It is working fine for GL. Means If I select wrong BSV, it is giving me error.

Still it is not working for AP. Means If I select wrong BSV it is not giving any error.

However it is giving me error when I run create accounting.
