Error with pay type and union code

Dears,

Kindly, when i am trying to add a pay type in the time card of an employee i got the error below

Classification/Pay X-Ref Invalid	Go to error..
	The Pay Type entered is not valid for the employees Job Type/Step/Union and Business Unit combination.
	ER Details:     Form  P051121_W051121C     Control Id  1     Control Title  Grid     Event  Row is Exit & Changed - Asynch     Line No  1260 BSFN Details:     Source File  n0500010.c     Source Line  4125     Error ID  2180     BSFN DSTR Item  15

although this employee is not included in a union group and even i have deleted all the union codes created i still have this error so can anyone help on this error.
