Positive Pay file is not getting output when OutboundPaymentInstruction group is used in RTF

Hi,

I am not getting output when I use OutboundPaymentInstruction level in RTF template.In template viewer I am getting successful output,but when I register the RTF and ran the payment it is getting 0 bytes output.Without OutboundPaymentInstruction  level and with only OutboundPayment group is taking into loop.I used OutboundPaymentInstruction  group level for getting Header records data and to avoid looping the header row.For testing purpose I uploaded the same Positive pay RTF to EFT payment and and ran the payment , it's working good .My requirement is output with 1 header,multiple detailed records and 1 trailer record for multiple vendor payments..
