JDE Real Estate - Cap Rules: Performance Issue

When generate the R15110 for a lease with a Cap Rule, it takes close to 10 minutes to finish the processing for one single EP Class. If I remove the Cap Rule, it generates in seconds. Has anyone encountered such performance issues with Cap Rules.
