NoAutoIcon syntax

Hello,
NoAutoIcon syntax used in my dat file, but cannot seem to eliminate from the E1 page. We are on 9.1 tools release 9.5.1
My dat file with the following syntax:
@A:color=green|noAutoIcon|appID=P42101|formID=W42101C|:Standard Sales Entry:runE1App('P42101','W42101C','XXXX0001')
Please advise what is incorrect. I've tried several options and continue to see the generic icon.
