online patching: running prepare phase get Out of memory! Error, what could be the cause?

Running Online Patching cycle in R12.2, we executed adop phase=prepare, after step Creating Database Patch Edition..., we receive Out of memory! Error

Please let us know , what could be the cause in order to solve the problem
