Business unit setup

Hi Community

We have a requirement where there is a location (called A) which will be set up as a branch plant.Within this BP there will be 2 different Business units B and C where different costs are captured .   How can this be set up in JDE 9.1

i.e. how can the business units B and C be made to relate to A including Cat code and COA relation,  e.g  B and C will have the same COA  A which is the location may or may not have a  different COA
