Grid upgrade 11.2.0.4 rootupgrade.sh hungs at acfsroot.pl acfsroot install

I am upgrading ASM Grid from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 and the process is hung at rootupgrade.sh. Its been stuck for more than hour. Please let know how should I proceed.

The stack trace of the process is attached.

I see the processes as follows:
