Siebel : Export attachments through EIM

We have to do a one time export of Opportunities and a few of its child entities like Contacts, Activities, Attachments to another application. We decided to export attachments through EIM since it decodes the .SAF file and downloads it to the output folder on the server(we have a solaris server). We tested this process and found the attachments as .PDF , .DOC etc made under the output folder. However, the problem is how would the receiving application know which file belongs to which opportunity record. the file names do not have a row id of the parent opportunity record
