Siebel 15.5 New Installation - Public Sector Object Manager Issues

Hello All,

             We have recently installed Siebel 15.5 software as a part of a 8.0.0.5 to 15.5 upgrade, and the repositories were successfully upgraded. I was able to access the application via Thick client as well. During the installation we have activated/choose the object managers Service & Public Sector and other required components. We did not use any load balancers and it is just a simple single server installation.

             After the installations, we were able to access the application only with Field Service Object manager and not with Public Sector. When we try the public sector OM, it says 'The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again'. We did not make any OM changes to the public sector and they are just out of the box.
