Problems with Service Tags.

I get the following problems:

sudnp07h : 2 service tags
This asset cannot be activated.
Service Tags on asset sudnp07h (151.119.91.250) reports:
Product Name: unknown (Invalid Product Name)
Serial Number: (Invalid Serial Number)
or

Unable to contact Service Tags on asset 151.119.110.70
Please check if Service Tags is installed, running, and network accessible


How or where can I fix Service Tags or where is there documentation.
