Install Base conversion with Install Date prior to Freeze date

We are implementing Installed Base and would like to convert IB data from legacy system. Since system doesn't allow transactions prior to Freeze date how can we convert/import IB data with install date, say in 2014 when Freeze date is in 2015. Thanks in advance.
