COGS from Sales Order always going to the common project in PA

I am entering Project and Task information during Sales Order Creation in the other tab. I have Project Manufacturing enabled.

When I run the transfer Manufacturing costs to Projects its always picking up the common project and is not going to the project and task that is entered on the sales order lines.

I will really appreciate your help on it.
