T4-1 Amber Light

HI,

System : T4-1

We could see amber light on one of T4-1 server.

Also unable to access the ILOM (unable to reach).

But server is reachable.

I could see below error alerts on the server’s /var/adm/messages file.

Jan  8 09:13:12 hostid sshd[13911]: [ID 800047 auth.crit] monitor fatal: Timeout before authentication for 10.84.100.79

Jan  8 09:48:16 hostid genuine: [ID 819996 kern. Notice] Killed process 16764 (Xing) in contract id 141 due to hardware error

Jan  8 09:48:52 hostid genunix: [ID 819996 kern.notice] Killed process 16804 (Xorg) in contract id 215652 due to hardware error

Jan  8 09:49:22 hostid genunix: [ID 819996 kern.notice] Killed process 16890 (Xorg) in contract id 215653 due to hardware error
