Sending archived project information to dowmstream application

Hi Team,

if a program is archived from PPM module, we would like to send that project details to Downstream application and update there accoringly.

so we would like to know is there any way that we can trigger the event/px that will take the project details and update the downstream applications. we tried applying the update titleblock event under the program, but it was not working as the project archived will be done from Actions menu.
