GL - Multiple Ledgers not show on customize form

We have a customized Form for run FSGs & we have 2 options on this form 1 is Single Report set & 2nd options is Multiple report set now currently we are facing  the issue is not showing books  (ledgers) on it at multiple report functions but on single report set functions it showing correctly what was the missing on it although it was running fine.

Its urgent please do the needful.
