Performance Problems since upgrade to 12c

Hello ,

I upgraded sucessuful with DBUA my IGS DB from 11.2.0.4  to 12.1.0.2.0 on my linux x86-64 RH 6.4.

I have performance problem  when I perform a mass load data with a java program. this Java program did not change.

with Grid control I see that a big amount of CPU is needed. in addition the ORACLE system inter-process started are now 61 against version 11.2 to process were 31.

attached the screen shot of Top Activity.

do you have an idea of the cause of the big amount of CPU taken of oracle oracle_18583_ig , oracle_18585_ig Processes ?
