Oracle 11.2.0.4 Impdp hangs on library cache pin - holds the pin and blocks sessions. Impdp hangs for 15 - 60 minutes. Supposed to be fixed in 11.2.0.3. (bug 13624984).

Can this bug appear in 11.2.0.4??  (Windows 2008R2).

Top Blocking Session: ORACLE.EXE (DW00) and (DM00) -Event Caused: library cache pin.

Total Wait Time: 2792.9

Wait Class: Concurrency.

Running 11.2.0.4 Datapump import with PL/SQL object validation procedure.

Bug 13624984: IMPDP or IMP hangs on compilation of PLSQL containing a pipelined function.

Restart of database clears locks.
