Intermittent Planning to Essbase connection issue

Hi,

Some of my users are getting "Unable To Obtain A Connection To Hyperion Essbase. If This Problem Persists, Please Contact Your Administrator." error message intermittently when the access planning webforms. Also I am getting similar issue when I refresh EPMA deployment or LCM migration. I have try few time in order to complete my tasks. Is anyone has experienced similar issue? any suggestions? Thanking you in advance....


EPM version is 11.1.2.3.501
