Server Pool physical disk not available

I am using a Dell VRTX chassis with a PowerEdge 630 blade server connecting to the onboard SAN's for disk storage.  I have installed Oracle Virtual Machine Server 3.3.3 on this machine.  I have Oracle Virtual Machine Manager 3.3.3 running on a separate server.

 

I have a physical disk configured on the PowerEdge 630 Blade Server that I want to use to setup the Server Pool and Repository.  This is a secondary disk from the OS and is actually an iSCSI volume on the VRTX internal SAN.  After discovering my VM server in the Manager console I can select the physical disk perspective and see both the OS drive and my secondary drive.  I have selected my secondary drive in this view and clicked the edit icon, renamed the drive and clicked the box to make it shareable.
