In EAM R12, an EAM organization is not available in the organization assignment in master activities

I want to copy an activity from one EAM Organization to another.

But when i look for the activity in the MASTER ACTIVITIES, And in the Organization Assignment this new especific organization is not available in the list of organizations.

I have configurated the organization at the same way of other organizations.

What can be the error with this one?
