Consuming External Web Services problem

Hello,

We are trying to use BSSV to consume external web service through JD Edwards. we are trying to set up (Environment /Service Configuration) application we add a record as mentioned in document:

and when we try to ping the server it gives (ping server failed).

what is the problem and what is the correct value for Port in this application.
