Enabling CTI in Siebel Open UI IP2014
Hi,
We have a requirement, wherein users what to pop up or navigate users to some summart view whenever an inbound call is made by the other person in siebel open ui (Ip2014).
Could you please guide me if this this feasible or not and if yes kindly forward me links/documents for the same.
Currently our client is using "Call Guide Interface " as an CTi/IVR platform. Is there any integration available for this in Siebel.
