How to make Org Items Form Read Only

Hello All,

I need some Help, how to make the Org Item form READ ONLY when we access the org item form through organization Assignments from Master Item Form.

Navigation --> Master Items-->Query Item--> Organization Assignment--> Open Item Org Form

I have Created the following Function and attached to menu ..
