Can't seem to find the profile option AR: Change Customer Name

Hi,

We are in process of developing a new interface for customers being imported from a legacy system. As part of a requirement, I came across profile option 'AR: Change Customer Name' on metalink. However, I can't find this option. Is this available on Oracle R12.1.3?

Also does this option also allow updating the organization name for  a customer, or does it just restrict to the account description?
