Tax Rules in R12

We have a requirement where in we need to apply two taxes simultaneoulsy.

For Ex: whenever we make orders in Order management, the below taxes should be applied automatically. These two taxes will have different tax accounts.

1. Tax1 14%

2. Tax2 0.5%

is this possble?
