Not able to find any Serial Number at Ship Confirm for Items with setup At Sales Order Issues

When i go to the shipping transactions. i can see that the Details Required is checked as the item is serial controlled with at Sales Order Issue. To enter the Serial Number, when i click on Tools >>Serial Numbers, i am not able to find any Serial Number.

I can see that Shipped Qty is already entered.
