Hello,

Oracle Database-Enterprise Edition

12.1.0.2.0

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 standard (64 bit).


we are not able to create Databases on Fusion IO drive.

We are using DBCA for creating the database, it reach to certain point and it fails saying below and found the same in the DBCA trace.log


ORA-01503: CREATE CONTROLFILE failed

ORA-01565: error in identifying file 'G:\APP\740028-ADMIN\ORADATA\TESTING\DATAFILE\O1_MF_SYSAUX_C8QS1F4Y_.DBF'

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:8 Failed to open file G:\APP\740028-ADMIN\ORADATA\TESTING\DATAFILE\O1_MF_SYSAUX_C8QS1F4Y_.DBF

ORA-27047: unable to read the header block of file.
