Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to see the formula behind the IRR calculation in Oracle Apps Lease Management R12.1.3

Can any body help me by sending the Formula Name/Function Name for the same.
