Customer creation request and notification

Hi,

Scenario - Sales rep get demand from a new customer > Sales rep uses a tool (in current situation) to send the new customer creation request to their ERP. Sales rep can track the customer creation status accordingly. We are now implementing Oracle and I am just checking if there is any tool/module in Oracle to send customer creation request to Order Management? And to track the creation status?
