Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Configuration Occurring Prior to Pressing Configurator button in Standard Sales Order Form

Am seeing in Oracle 11.5 the following situation when using the Standard Oracle Sales Order Form

a. Add a line to the Sales Order, Save the line, don't press "Configurator" button.

Result: no configured lines pull in

b. Book the same Order

c. Add a line to the Sales Order, Save the line, don't press "Configurator" button.

Result: some configured lines pull in (these would be items that pull in regardless of the model string, i.e. "Default" items

Tested in several Business Units and get the same results.

Ideally, would not expect to see configured items that pull from the Config Runtime engine until AFTER the "Configurator" button is pressed.
