Post Processing lead time for Work Orders

Loading to truck requires 8 hrs and so work order have to be completed 8 hrs before Schedule Ship date . How can we model this requirement . I think one option is to define Post Processing lead time using simulation set in ASCP Side . Is there any other way to handle this scenario . If Post Processing lead time is the only option , can we define  in the item master itself .  We are using constrained plan (12.1.3.8)  and routing are defined . Also client is in CTO environment
