How to prevent the credit manager approving his own credit limit changes.

The credit manager is getting approval requests for the changes he is making in the credit limit level.

The credit manager has been set as approver for credit limit changes that other users are making, but he can review the amount.

By doing so, he gets approval request of his own changes.

Is there a set up to prevent this?

Also can the requests be massively approved, once they have been reviewed, instead of approving/rejecting one by one ?
