External utility reported error. with 12c

Hello ,

I upgraded my DB from 11.2 to 12.1.0.2.0 on linux x86-64 RH 6.4

I started my Rman backup with catalog EMREP of my DB using DataProtector 7.1.. At the end the "execution Oracle Export utility" step is started and I got this below error

Although the error say that Oracle Server Home directory not found I do not understand what should be more defined.

Env got with login oracle:

vp2-euler:[oracle@IGS]:/home/oracle> env | grep ora

USER=oracle

ORACLE_BASE=/opt/oracle

MAIL=/var/spool/mail/oracle

PATH=/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/home/oracle/bin:/opt/oracle/product/12.1.0.2.0/bin
