Reloading data file changed status

My client is using ARM 11.1.2.4.101.  They reloaded data for November 2015 and the reconciliations that were manually prepared and reviewed, changed status to 'open with preparer' after reloading data even if the balance did not change.

1.  Is this the expected behavior even the recons have been manually completed?

2.  Is there a way to preserve the manually processed recon?  Would deleting the profile in the file preserve the status of the recons?

3.  Not all manually processed recons changed status.  What could be the reason?

On a different topic, when is the expected release of Patch 103?
